My first post - our TiVo box is freezing on playback, initially it was intermittent but now freezing with every recording playback.
Is this terminal or are there some settings/resets that can help?

I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your recordings.
I've run diagnostics on your TiVo® box and I can see a number of issues with the hard drive. There's also an issue with the input signal that feeds your equipment.
