Once again Virgin is failing to deliver, after having to replace my Tivo twice in 3 months, i am now getting 403 errors when trying to access OnDemand, it's been like it for a few days now.
I'm loathe to dial 150 and waste another hour of my life hanging on the phone

I am sorry to read that you have experienced some interruptions on the TV services in the home. I've been able to test the box and I can see that it is running well, which is a good sign.
Can you tell me what On Demand content your trying to use an whether this is on all shows?
