Having issues with our TiVo box at the moment - when going through the menus it keeps slowing down, freezing and then when it unfreezes saying there are no programs available. This is only happening with one of our boxes, the one upstairs is fine.
Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. It's great to see new faces here. I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with your TiVo® freezing and running slow.
I have been able to access your account via your Forum details and run testing to your equipment. I can't see any issues with your TiVo--there are no errors and the signal levels and hard drive all look spot on.
As Parrotperson advised, please reboot your TiVo and check that your cables are secure.
