TiVo Hell

Really slow despit several resets.
Wireless patchy

Now on demand will not work

I have been able to look into the account and I'm not able to see a great deal of issues right now. I would like to ask if you could try having a look here, as this may be able to help you.

 

I was able to see a minor issue with the EPG being a little out of date, can you please:-

 

  1. Press Home on your TiVo remote
  2. Select Help & Settings.
  3. Choose Settings.
  4. Select Network.
  5. Choose Connect to the Virgin Media Service now.
