TiVo Error Code (W02) again!

Hello,

I have an engineer come out and fix a problem with my Tivo service where on a fair few channels I was getting "There is a problem with the signal on this channel. If this keeps happening, can us on  150 from your virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (W02)"

When I called previously (a few weeks ago) it was painful and she just kept remote rebooting my box, to the point I asked for an engineer to come. He was great and said I had corrosion on my connectors, etc and fixed all that. Now it is happening again and bbc1 HD as the error along with various others, not just HD.

Is it time for a new box or something else please?

I'll be happy to help get this sorted for you.

I have carried out some checks and there is a couple of signal problems that need fixing.  I will gladly arrange for an engineer to call round for you.

And now bbc1 SD is distorted and unwatchabe. I guess time for yet another engineer to come round? or could it be the actual tivo box?
