Hi

There is a message on my TiVo ... it states ... Network Availabilty (C130)

Some features are not available right now. For more information on this, go to website 

But this message has been displayed since mid day.

Is there a problem?

Yes. It's not connected to the virgin network which is why you're missing bits. Try looking at the virgin website to ascertain if there's a fault in your area. If not try home-help-settings-network-connect to vm

if that doesn't work phone for help.
