TiVo Box will not start

TiVo box will not start up.

About every 15 mines it will try and the starting up message appears on screen but the it switches off.

I tried turning the power off to the box (using the switch at the rear) for over 3 hrs. This changed nothing.

I would be grateful of any help.

Hi sean888 referring to tivo won't start is there any messages on screen or is it just not working sounds like the box could be offline is there any lights flashing on box I'm only a member and helper the forum team will test the connection they will get back to you with answers or they will get engineer out to fix fault sometimes they won't find a fault so they will get back to you team will thanks jonni
