Hi I'm new to this forum so be kind to me 👍😄
Please help me on this it's driving me mad all night whilst watching recordings made last night (Saturday) also stuttering picture on BBC I player too. Did the usual checks no issues I can see.
Try a reboot if you haven't already.
If if that doesn't help you will probably need someone to check your signals. Best phone in for help at that point.
Welcome to the Community
I'm sorry to learn that you've had some disruptions on viewing the recorded shows.
I've checked the hardware and the Hard Drive, they're looking quite healthy with no known issues in the area also.
I would like to ask how things are going now when trying to view the recorded shows? Also can you tell me if you're experiencing this with On Demand?
Speak to you soon

I have a similar problem with two 1TB TiVo's, but I don't know about catchup, as I don't use it much.
One has been doing this for about a year, but I ignored this, but now for the last two months, the second one has started as well.
Both TiVo's are from the original batch released (15/02/2011, when you had to pay £150 for them!!!).
The second one, about 95% of recordings have freezing and/or pixelation issues.
This is also with recordings that I know the channel was fine, as I was watching the live program, and then watch the recording to check.
I called Faults, and went through the pointless reboot option (done many times).
They said the signal levels were fine.
The last thing they said was to turn off suggestions. (?)
My belief is that the HDDs are failing.
Can the SMART readings be seen by engineers ?
If so, could one please look for me ?
TiVo box serial no. ending ***MGB is the one with the worst problem.
I have exactly the same issue.
Live TV is fine, recordings stutter and freeze intermittently without sound. Watching recordings is impossible.
I, too, think it sounds like a HDD fault.
I've done all the restarts etc. No difference, and it's definitely getting worse.
I have a fault reference from customer service, but so far heard nothing: 5547049.
My TiVo, as a recorder is currently unusable.
Could someone from support look in to this, please?
Thanks for coming in and posting your comment.
I'm sorry to hear about the TiVo recordings. I've been looking into all TV services we supply and i can see more than one HDD showing some errors.
I'd like to book an engineer and I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little blue envelope near the top right of the page.
Thanks for coming in and posting too
I can see that you've been having the same issue and I've been looking into your services.
You also may have a HDD issue that I'd like to help with here.
Have a peek in your 'Inbox' as I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little blue envelope near the top right of the page.
I am also been getting the same problem with recordings freezing e.g just as though you pushed the pause button.
I have rebooted the tivo and deleted a load of old recordings off of it but still same problem
Thank you for coming in and posting and coming back to the Community
I'm sorry to learn about the freezing on the TV, i've had a look and I can certainly see that one of the boxes are experiencing some unusual levels on the SNR and input levels.
I'd like to arrange an engineer to sort this, I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little blue envelope near the top right of the page.
