TiVo Box So So Slow

I've seen other posts about slow TiVo boxes but none of the responses seem to assist with the problem. My box is so slow that it was over a minute to open the Netflix app yesterday and 20-30 seconds to open menus etc. As everyone on here does, we pay a lot of money for virgin and would like a service that is up to date with current technology. Could someone please contact me to have a look at this problem?

This was posted earlier on another thread  under title New Code Working ? 

The RC I have currently is RC 23 so the new version should say RC24

From DS Forum

For a Cisco box it's: 20.5.7.RC24-VMC-2-C00.

For a Samsung box it's 20.5.7.RC24-VMS-2-C8A.
