Hi mate There looks like there is a fault because its not accessing the virgin media service to obtain your channel list I would suggest you call 151 from a Virgin Phone and report this is a fault they may check something with you or may need to send an engineer if you have not got a Virgin phone call 0345 454 1111 and the option for faults for tv and they will help you sort this issue out.
