TiVo 7400 error

I have floating message - problem 7400, can you please assist

Hello

 

Have you tried rebooting your Tivo Box to see if this resolves this issue by the on screen menu Reset Tivo Box and restart

Tried that a couple of times, no success. Can only see 'freeview' channel with the floating 7400 error. All other channels say not subscribed

Hi mate There looks like there is a fault because its not accessing the virgin media service to obtain your channel list I would suggest you call 151 from a Virgin Phone and report this is a fault they may check something with you or may need to send an engineer if you have not got a Virgin phone call and the option for faults for tv and they will help you sort this issue out.

I have been told by Virgin that there is a fault in our area with an expected fix date of 2nd December. So no, no resolution to date.
