2 months in, we've come home from a day out to "Starting up" ( no clock ) and various sets of lights displayed. Looping. Did a power cycle, a remote service from web, spoke to 150, best they can offer is an engineer in 3 days time !!
Does anyone know a routine for an alternative type of restart that may help in the meantime ??
Thanks Josh. Looks like we had a dead HDD on box 1 (only had 3 months), box 2 wouldn't activate for the engineer, so now we're on box 3. All seems to be up and running, with the added bonus of Ash vs Evil Dead series 2 now being available on demand 😂 Cheers !!
