TiVO box stuck on 'Starting up'

Hi there

TiVo box stuck on 'Starting up' with red and blue light. Can you help?

Hi ABAJAFAR,

 

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for contacting us to report a problem with your TiVo box being stuck on the Start Up screen. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue with your service--I will look into this for you straight away.

 

I've been able to access your account via your Forum details and have sent a new signal to the box, but testing shows that there is still an issue that I will need to get an engineer out to fix for you. 

 

I'll send you a private message requesting further details for this. Just check the purple envelope at the top right of this page.
