Fed up would be the polite way of saying how totally ***** off I am with virgin. Tivo box has been crap long before the update, ive reset it twice this year losing all the kids fav shows and its still dross. Customer service are as much use as an ejector seat in a helicopter. Everyday these problems continue I'm a day closer to taking my business elsewhere.
