Press Home on your TiVo remote Select Help & Settings. Choose Settings. Select Network. Choose from the available options. Connect to the Virgin Media Service now Normally, you won’t need to choose this option as your box connects to the network automatically every few hours. But if you choose to connect manually you’ll be able to see the status of the connection. While your box is connecting, you can still watch live TV, set up recordings and search for shows.

we are having the same issue (319) on various programmes, a league of their own being one. Call centre said it was a nationwide issue with some to most programmes within the issue. Resolve date is down for the3rd
Hi, Still no joy. The connection is fine and i can watch all other catch up apart from Sky.
I have over 50 hours of space so no issues there.
I have to now wait until the 3rd to see if it is resolved and get back in touch again if not, when they will see if an engineer needs to look at my 3 month old box to see if there is something wrong with it.
Very annoying and doesn't fill me with confidence as a new virgin customer. Was with Sky for over 20 years and will be heading back there if things don't improve.
