For three days have had pixelated screen. Checked all connections, rebooted etc etc. Tried to use onsite service status, shows no TVs problems reported. Used link for fault finding, taken to page 'Oops page broken' 'this site is not working at the moment'. Last resort, rang 150 to report, entered requested digits including password .. 'We are very busy, you may have to wait up to 10 mins'. held for SIXTEEN minutes to then get a dead tone!! This happened on two occasions. So this is my third attempt to try and get some help this evening
