Can I have some assistance please. My TV picture has become very pixelated again (sound too). This is the second time within as many months. My first call to Virgin before Christmass resulted in them saying it was a network issue and indeed it was sorted within a day of calling.
Now it's happening again, picture and sound breaking up on the HD channels, SD is OK. I've restarted the Tivo box, made sure connections are tight but to no avail.
Okay what I would like to do is arrange for a technician to take a look at this for you so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen you will see another message from me with appointment times.
