I've had this problem for a few days now and it seems to be getting worse!
I have followed all the instructions on the Virgin website about sorting this out (changing channel/ pressing 'back' button/ turning TiVo box off and on) but it has made no difference.
I've also run the TV test on the Virgin Media page, but that said there are no issues.
Finally I've rung 150 from my Virgin phone, but the numbers not working - I get so far but then I get cut off......
Losing the will to live, so any good ideas to sort this problem out would be appreciated!

I'm sad to hear about the audio not being synced right. Can you tell me how you are connecting to the TV through the TiVo, do you have any surround sounds at all or running this through the Scart?
