TV guide, to be announced

Hi,
We turn off our tivo for couple days when we're away, and we back today and trun the tivo on, all of the channel tv guides are shows “to be announced” ... Is any way can fix this problem?

I've tried
Home>Help & Settings>Settings>Network>Connect to the Virgin Media service now

Home>Help & Settings>Clear or Reset TiVo Box

And

clear the Programme info & Planned recordings, again perform a connection to the Virgin Media service once done.

It's still not work, hope anyone can help us and sort it out soon thank you so much.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm very sorry to hear your TV guide shows "to be announced".

 

I've managed to locate your account. I've sent the signal down your line to try and get your TiVo® box updated. Please restart the box and check the guide again. Is this now working?
