The TiVo box crashed this morning, finally got it working after 3 hours and now the guide says to be announced on every channel, we have tried rebooting the box and have deleted everything as suggested in a further post and it's made no difference guide says to be announced. Tried calling the technical support people and the phone says there is a fault on the line and to try calling later. I have spent all day trying to get my TiVo box working please help.
The same thing is happening every morning, it takes about an hour and half to get it working again after a crash and then we have to force connection to get the TV guide working. We have tried turning it off at the power still same problem.
Yet another day and yet another crash and once again stuck in start up loop. I have tried calling the technical help team and they don't do anything, I've e-mailed 2 complaints and still no reply. I just want to be able to watch my telly when I get up in the morning rather than it taking nearly 2 hours and lots or rebooting it to get it working. We have tried both leaving it on and turning it off makes no difference still crashes and then won't reboot.
