TV box on demand

How my TV box is still not working been like it since 10.30am. Message on box says network availability problem connecting A01 or c133. Smiley Sad please help very frustrating.

I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that you have been experiencing these error codes with your TiVo®. 

 

We were aware of an issue at the end of last week which would've resulted in these error codes for some customers, though this should now be clear. I've run some testing on your TiVo® and all appears to be well now, please let me know if you're still experiencing some issues.
