If the Service Status says all good and you have a problem, there are two possibilities:
1. There is an area issue that has just started and no-one has reported their fault. An issue only gets to the Service Status page when a number of people have reported the issue and it is apparent that it is an area or general problem.
2. You have a fault that is individual to you. This would never be reported on Service Status.
In either case, you should report the problem you are having by calling 150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111.
