TV anywhere

I've deleted a device for TV anywhere. But when I try to watch sky sports it says I've used all my changes. But even though I have a free slot it won't register my I phone...

The slots for TV Anywhere and Sky Sports & Movies devices are on separate pages

 

Go to www.virginmedia.com/tvanywhere > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports to see which devices are registered for the Sky apps & websites.

I have deleted one so I now have an in used slot. But when I go to watch sky sports or movies it says I have used my one change this month & won't register my phone

Hi Biff999,

 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. 

 

I've gone into the account and added a device change for you to add your other device. Going forward make sure you remember you only have 1 device change per month so if you run out again you'll need to wait until the first of the month to be able to change or add a device. 

 

If you have any further issues adding your new device, let us know.
