TV anywhere app not working

Yesterday we lost TVs and broadband CV8 . Today Tv anywhere and catch up TV are not working. Says can't find Tivi box on home network,always been ok

The service status page is listing the TV Anywhere fault as ref F004287148 under Broadband & TV.
