Just a few questions on this. What device are you using for TV Anywhere? Are your TiVo® and SuperHub in the same room (thank you for verifying that you have connected via an Ethernet cable)? When connecting via the Ethernet cable, are you connecting this straight from the SuperHub to the TiVo® with no other equipment connected (such as a third-party router or Powerline adapters)?
