TV and TiVo issues

following on from my previous post, I have also suffered with the loss of sound. I have powered everything off, including my wifi & rebooted - Still same issues - I need a fix quick as this is doing my head in!!!!

I've performed diagnostics on your box and I can see a few errors that are likely causing the issues you've described.
