Hi all. Hoping someone can help. For the last 6-7 weeks we've had a "dip" in our TV and internet service occurring every now and then. The TV signal will be lost giving a black screen with the "Contact the service provider" message coming up and at the same time our internet goes down and modem reboots. Its now happening almost daily. Contacted Customer Service but they cant do anything unless I contact them at the exact moment the problem happens. Could be tricky.

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and I can see an issue with the upstream power levels. Looks like it's moving just outside of it's operational parameters, which accounts for the intermittency of the issue.
