TV & Phone not working am not impressed

Hi All


So not impressed have no TV or landline telephone and trying to get through to speak to an actual person at Virgin Media is like not happening. Only just now found info on website saying that it maybe fixed tomorrow at some point, I do hope that I won't be charged for the time I have had no service, nevermind the 15 minutes I spent on my mobile trying to get through. Sometimes I am tempted to go back to Sky.


Annoyed is not the word.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting on the Forum. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a loss of TV and landline service. Are you still having this issue?
I have been able to access your account via your Forum details and run testing to your equipment. I can't see any issue with your line or equipment at the moment.
