I've been having some issues with the On Demand and Catch Up service, specifically I am getting the Error Code "6185". Can anyone look into this and sort this issue out ?
First look on line if you can on VM website to see if the problems just your area. If it is they'll give an estimated fix date
if not ring in. You may wait sone time on here for a mod to look at your post.

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this error when using the On Demand service.
I have taken a closer look and found the fault and rectified it. If you can power off/on the box to refresh and re-test the On Demand it should now work ok for you.
