TV Issues

I am having serious issues with my TiVo box, I can't get access to any catch up or any on demand services. also my box keeps saying I cannot connect to Virgin media network.

My WiFi NEVER works, I have had out 4 engineers and had all of my equipment replaced but still nothing works!! 

What I would like to know is exactly WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?????

oxford lad ring for help on 150 it needs connection to network is there other issues on channels not receiving or errors could be network fault or wait for assistance from forum team to get this checked out they will run tests for tivo to see whats wrong from jonni

Can I confirm whether you're still seeing this error message? Also regarding the technicians have they already replaced your TiVo® box?
