TV Guide

Any idea as to why the only channel on my TV Guide that is updated for week after next is Channel 4?

No but I wouldn't worry. Mine is same . It'll slowly populate over the next few days.

VirginMedia are aware of the issue - although CS may not be.

Hopefully it will fix soon.

Mine goes to the 3rd (early hours) for all channels except for BBC ITV etc

Same here, I've done a manual network update and still showing to be announced.  I rang Virgin, they said that it will update with in the next 24 hrs, hope so.

same here only goes up to the 3rd. good we are all affected, vm will get off their wotsits and sort it

When I rang VM they didn't know of a nationwide problem, but said that as the forced connection to the network was successful, it could take up to 24 hrs for the TV guide to update. Hope VM manage to fix this soon.

I'm told it is the same issue as fault F004698858  -  which is a nationwide issue and was listing in the service status yesterday lunchtime - Service status.

The date keeps moving back though Smiley Sad

Maybe because it was the weekend there wasn't anyone to fix it, but hopefully now it's Monday it will be fixed soon
