TV Down

Network availability C130 error
TV Anywhere app not working

Customer services useless and won't send anyone until Saturday!!! But I think this might be part of a larger issue in NE26...

Where can I actually get some help?!

If you can check the VM website for your area it should show faults and when they're to be fixed. 

You can try home-help-settings-network-connect to virgin

Yes - I know that - the fault listed doesn't exactly correlate with the one I'm experiencing and it says 'just finishing up fixing it' with a due to be fixed date of Friday at 4pm!!!!
Not great whichever way up you look at it...

In that case phone in. This is primarily a user forum. Users helping other users. A mod may take a while to see your post if at all.

Difficult to know how to reply to your comment. Ringing up was a total waste of time for the reasons already mentioned. My post was part of my alternate strategy to get VM to take some positive action!
