I have had a new Tivo delivered today, I have gone through the activation process and set up, I have got through to the set up menu and then get as far as the 3rd step which is Configuring IP connections. It just keeps going to error 7011.
I have rang and been passed to 4 people all who cant help and I can't have an engineer for 2 weeks.
The last person I spoke to said he was new but would ring me back after speaking to his supervisor - he didn't. I know have no tv and cant get any help
