Our TiVo is stuck on stage 1 of updating. It keeps running to the end of the bar, then starting again. It's been like this for at least 7 hours. I just unplugged it but that didn't help. Any ideas? Thanks.

It was only a very small scale pilot test too. Hope they haven't bricked too many Tivo's this time around. Probably doesn't even have any long overdue bug fixes either, just promoting their own on demand paid for stuff.
