TIVO stuck on updating

Our TiVo is stuck on stage 1 of updating. It keeps running to the end of the bar, then starting again. It's been like this for at least 7 hours. I just unplugged it but that didn't help. Any ideas? Thanks.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I deeply apologise for the TiVo® box being stuck on updating. I appreciate 7 hours is a long time to wait for this to complete.

 

I've managed to locate your account to check this. I can see the TiVo® box is showing as online and the current channel is BBC2.

 

Can you confirm if it's all working again?

It was only a very small scale pilot test too. Hope they haven't bricked too many Tivo's this time around. Probably doesn't even have any long overdue bug fixes either, just promoting their own on demand paid for stuff.
