This is my first post. I have been having a serious problem with my TIVO box the last few weeks. It was stuck in a loop at the starting up page and i was not able to watch any tv, i contacted Virgin and they sent me another TIVO box for me to install. I have installed the new TIVO Box and it worked fine for 2 days and it has also started having the same issue, it is now stuck on the starting up loop. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
I am also having this issue. Have contacted VirginMedia and they can't get an engineer to me until Friday! So no TV for 5 days. I will be contacting billings tomorrow to ensure that I am provided with some form of discount due to loss of service!
Is anyone able to advise why this is happening? And will the problem be rectified when an engineer attends Friday?
