TIVO remote


The TIVO remote has taken a tumble and is broke beyond repair (circuit board feeding the infra red has cracked).

Dialled 150 but all I get are recorded messages sending me around in circles. Please help.

Which option did you use when calling in? Once into the main menu, go with option 2 (faults) and then report a TV fault. If it mentions having to do a test of your kit, let it or go with a skip option if presented with one. Alternately go with option 4 -> option 5 and ask them to put you through to the TV faults team.

Additionally, you can try asking for a replacement via the web chat, go with the following options route (from a desktop/laptop): -> TV -> Help with my remote control -> chat online. Does it say all agents are busy? Reload the page every 3 minutes and check again.
