TIVO "Starting up" loop

HELP!!!
My TIVO box is stuck on the "starting up" screen.

From reading other posts i guess i need an engineer. Could this be arranged please?

Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your TiVo service lately. 

 

I've been able to locate your account and can see that you've had an engineer to come and take a closer look, I hope that means things are working as they should at the moment?
