TIVO not working

After about a week of C130 and catchup etc not working, my TV is showing 'no picture available'. Lights on the TIVO are on as usual,

what do you mean tivo not working is there messages on screen or any channels working or not or is it just not responding or offline jonnie ex customer team can test box for issues

It's now working, but I've just posted about phantom recordings - definitely not resolved!
