I've seen a few questions raised on this but no definitive answer or solution. Our main TIVO box is making a hell of a racket, clearly audible above our TV if I'm sitting about 3 metres away, like a disc when you load it into a laptop. I've added little felt pads underneath but they've made no difference at all. I've left it a week now since installation to see if just needed to settle in but if anything it's got worse.
Its a Cisco device, brand new installed only a week ago. Can someone help me out before I chuck it out the window!?
Phone it in as a fault. They'll replace it. It's why you rent equipment from VM so they do this and don't charge you. 150 from a VM phone and 0345 454 1111 from a non VM landline.
