TIVO box is PAINFULLY SLOW!!

We went away on holiday, came back and box had been updated, now it's so slow on menus its ridiculous!!

I'm really sorry to learn about the problems with your TiVo box at the moment, it's certainly not the service we want for you.

 

I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the set top box from our end, we're seeing some minor errors from our end that we'd like to take an even closer look at. To allow me to do so, could you reboot the set top box after reading this message and let me know when you've done it?
