Had my new installation today at 3pm. The TIVO box has frozen 4 times since in 6 hrs so i’ve had no choice but to take power out and reboot.
I’ve changed the batteries in the remote just in case but the handset is showing a red light when pressed.
It also throws me out of Netflix and YouTube.
Really fed up as my Amazon Firestick used to work fine with BT so thought the TIVO box would be better.
