TIVO box doesn't work unless unplugged and re-plugged each time
My TIVO box doesn't give me a TV picture when I switch it on. To get a picture I need to switch off at mains and then back on. This has been happening for a couple of weeks now. irritating to have to wait 10 mins for TIVO to re-boot each time I want to watch TV.
Impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. menu just takes me through to testing the TV service which obviously isn't the problem and there is no option to speak to anyone. Very frustrating.
