TIVO and bills

Hi there, my TIVO on demand service hasn't worked for a few weeks now and don't really know what? Also my bills have jumped up from 41.99 to 45.00 and I don't know why also?

Welcome to the community.

 

Can I just confirm what's happening with your On Demand service whether it's showing a error message or blank screen?

 

Regarding your bill I'll just need to pop you a private message confirming your details so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen you will see a message waiting for you.
