TIVO Slow

Hi,

The response on my TIVO is extremely slow. When pressing any button it takes anything from 10 seconds to 30 seconds to respond.

I believe we have had the November 2016 update. we currently have 60% free disk space. is anyone else experiencing performance problems?

Top tips posted on another topic include:
Remove viewing card, reboot.
Go on home > settings > reset and clear > clear thumbs ratings/suggestions.
Clear the cache, : Home>Thumbs down>Thumbs up>Play>Play>Play. Box will then reset.

You may find one of these does the trick, or it might speed up for a few days then slow back down!
