TIVO Box

An on-screen message constantly appears saying 'Sorry, there seems to be a problem, ring 150'

The programme guide says 'to be announced' alongside many channel numbers.

I have rung 150 and followed the engineers advice. I switched off the TIVO box at the mains and waited several minutes before  switching on again. The result? No change, the error message is still appearing.

 

Any suggestions please?
