My TIVO box is not starting up. It's the 1TB Cisco model 8685. The box makes a loud whirring noise maybe the hard drive and the 'starting up' logo appears on screen then the whirring noise gets faster and louder and eventually the whole thing turns itself off then starts itself again with various noises from its internals but to no avail.
