TIVO BOX TO BE DELIVERED

I was due to have a Tivo box delievered to me today but nothing has turned up as of yet.

I recieved a text message on my mobile yesterday informing me it would be turning up today and i would be sent the courier's details and tracking number. I did not get that either.

Is there a way I can find out whats going on without calling customer services, as i have been on the phone to them for the last 50mins on hold, being trasfered between departments.

any and all advice would be very welcome at this point.

If it is a SA V+ replacement my experience is that they don't allocate a tracking number. I did get a text during the delivery window from yodel with the drivers mobile number, this said it would be delivered by 9pm.

So you may yet receive it tonight,.
