TIVO BOX Error 7011

I have been trying to set up a new Tivo box with no avail it shows 7011 half way through the set up

now having lost confidence I'm wondering if I made the right move changing from SKY

does anyone know a solution to this 7011 problem virgin said they will send an engineer which was 8

days on , which is a bit frustrating to say the least , any advise would be most welcome.
