My bill came in and I couldn't pay until today so my service was suspended! I paid it at 1:20am and receive an email stating this would be reflected on my bill within 12 hours. As of yet it has not reflected on my bill and my services are still suspended! Does anybody know how long this should take to be sorted? I don't want run up my phone bill if it will be resolved soon!
I would guess that paying it at 01.20am means no one will see you have paid for a bit. If it isn't on within 24 hours I think you'd need to ring. Remember if you have a virgin phone then dial 150 cos it's free.
