Subtitles broken after update

Since the latest update the subtitles on my box are useless. Initially when I turn them on nothing happens, then after a few minutes they start to appear but from the point where I turned then on. They appear rapidly like they are trying to catch up but they never do and always lag behind by at least thirty seconds.

Hi logabex,

Thank you for posting on the Forum. I'm sorry that your subtitles aren't working properly. I have refreshed the signal to your TiVo, please reboot your box and re-check the subtitles.
