Hi - for the last week we have been experiencing stuttering and artefacting when playing back recent recordings made with our TIVO box. I've run a service test and it appears there's no fault. I've tried restarting the box but it hasn't helped.
Playback of shows recorded before a week ago have no issue.

I've been able to locate your account and take a closer look at this from our end for you, we're detecting some problems with the set top box and I'd like to arrange for an engineer to come and take a closer look if you're available?
